Food and service was good

I gotta give respect to places like this, interesting menu, you can tell there is authentic Mexican influence with added ingredients catered to the US palate. But don't think it's a cookie cutter throwback, they have the old classic Tex Mex but also some dishes I haven't seen before. Try something new

Fast service with the best salsa! The food is always great and the service is too. The mole sauce is consistently yummy, the tacos are flavorful, and the bar selection is expansive. Rather than fish tacos, I had the grilled fish and it was light, a little smoky from the grill, and extra tasty with a delightful balance of flavors. The kids love it and with all private booths, the noise level stays pretty quiet with families. Nice decor as well.

Andrea was really nice but the white guy the waiter was spaced out didnt listen and the food was meh at best in would've been happier if the service was better I had to ask multiple time to have things bright to my table and never recieved them I was upset with the service but andrea the host was cool

It's been years since I ate here because my family moved. Now that we're back, we returned to this place to enjoy some good Mexican food. It's just like I remember. Friendly staff, good food, and clean restaurant. I like their arroz con pollo, and my husband loves the carnitas. Stop in and give them a try.

The tacos were delish! My grandson and I both had beef tacos and I also had a chicken soft taco. The red salsa tasted like canned tomatoes so I had the green haberno sauce to it, better. The white salsa was very good. You can't beat a $3 margarita, ahhhhhh! Service was just ok. Good meal all in all!

Coming from a hispanic background and living my whole life in the southwestern united states especially coming from southern California near Tijuana, i must say that the food dissapointed me. The carne asada was good but the fish tacos i ordered were below standards and the tortilla tasted machine processed and salsa was generic similar to tostios salsa you get at a grocery store.

I’ve been going to this restaurant regularly for 20 years and have never had a bad experience or a bad meal. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Service is fast, food is good, hot. We’re lucky to have This good, long standing neighborhood gem!

I enjoyed this restaurant. Felt like a family restaurant. Prices were a little more than I'd like to spend but the portions we're good size. Everything was delicious. I was happy there was free refills on drinks too. I would visit here again definitely

Have visited other locations previously. Will not be back to this location. There were several available tables, however the waitress found it necessary to wipe down a table prior to even taking our drink order after we had already been sitting there for a bit. Then we get the food and the tacos' only taste factor was the cheese. Hubby got a taco salad and the chicken was in chicken strip size and the beans in the salad appeared VERY watery. Definitely a never again location

Looking for great food and awesome service. This is the place. If you need superchic, it isn’t that but is such a comfy hold in the wall. We’ve been coming here for many years. Love it.

The flautas were delicious and served with all fresh ingredients. I was very happy with the unexpected generously proportioned bag of fresh tortilla chips that were included with my order, plus plenty of fresh salsa. It was all very delicious and filling. I will definitely be back.
